Jim Hood

Jim Hood is the Director, Intelligence Systems for APOGEE.  He has almost 30 years of experience in modeling and simulation, data visualization and he has supported collection planning of Electro-Optic systems from ground, air, and space platforms.  For the last 10 years, Jim has applied his MS and BS, Aeronautical and Astronautical Engineering from Ohio State University to developing specialized collection planning and common operating picture software systems for DoD and IC customers and mentoring a diverse group of APOGEE engineers.  When not developing the next generation of geospatial tools, Jim enjoys spending time boating and fishing in the waters around Hatteras and Ocracoke Islands.
